    1. I heard that it used to be a place of civil servants and artists including dancers, painters, sculptors and writers,
      now is the home of more than 2000 people who live in quite poor condition.

  1. I like the image of the old man standing in front of the staircase. I see a lot of nice buildings around it, this makes me wonder if they would turn this into something else eventually.

      1. Just by looking at the surrounding I see that coming soon. It will be a sad situation, I guess some will have to go live with relatives until they find a new place.
